Each R-M. Courtial piece is made to order.

Please allow approximately 3–7 business days for production before your order is dispatched.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–15 business days depending on the destination and shipping method. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, local carriers, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided by email.

International orders may occasionally be subject to customs duties or import charges depending on the destination.

RETURNS

As our pieces are produced on demand, we ask that you carefully check your size, colour and shipping information before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly printed, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

For other return requests, please contact us before sending anything back. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused and returned in their original condition.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or an incorrect item was received.
